Made in Rio,Inc. has performed construction management and major construction operations for more
than 14 years in Fort Myers,FL and surrounding areas. We are a full service General Contractor.

A major element of our work is in the field of construction management. We represent our clients best interest
throughout the duration of a major project. The Made in Rio,Inc. construction team brings together owners,
architects and engineers to cooperatively provide the best project completions. In addition, during the design
phase, Made in Rio,Inc. provides cost estimates, scheduling and construction planning.

At completion of design, Made in Rio,Inc. provides completed subcontractor trades and provides full-time project supervision. During this time,we will provide preliminary cost estimates and construction schedules, evaluate bonding and insurance requirements, coordinate selection qualifications of subcontractors, provide pre-bid conferences to address questions and clarification on bidding documents, financial cost and evaluation of bids, and perform final contract negotiations with prospective subcontractors.
